Application Technique:

Dip a shadow brush lightly into show shimmer powder.

 

Tap of excess powder. Apply to eyelids. Use lighter colors on the brow bone; use mid tone to darker colors on lid.

The FDA approves every formula we use and adhere to stringent processes.
It is important to follow appropriate guidelines for the expiration of
your Eventmakers Cosmetics. Our recommendations: *Mascara and liquid eye liner: 3 months. Get a new one every season and
toss even sooner if it's dried out or if you've had an eye infection. *Liquid foundation and concealer: 6 months to 1 year *Powder-based cosmetics (e.g., eyeshadows and powder foundation):
12 months.
*Lipsticks and Glosses: 1 to 2 years. If you've had a cold sore, toss
your lip products sooner. *Eye and lip pencils: 1 to 2 years. Sharpen before use to preserve them. There are no regulations or requirements under current United States law
that require cosmetic manufacturers to print expiration dates on the
labels of cosmetic products. Manufacturers have the responsibility to
determine shelf life for products, as part of their responsibility to
substantiate product safety. FDA believes that failure to do so may
cause a product to be adulterated or misbranded. The shelf life for eye-area cosmetics is more limited than for other
products. Because of repeated microbial exposure during use by the
consumer and the risk of eye infections, manufacturers usually
recommend discarding mascara two to four months after purchase. If
mascara becomes dry, discard it. Do not add water or, even worse, saliva
to moisten it, because that will introduce bacteria into the product.
If you have an eye infection, consult a physician immediately, stop using
all eye-area cosmetics, and discard those you were using when the
infection occurred. Consumers should be aware that expiration dates are simply "rules of
thumb," and that a product's safety may expire long before the
expiration date if the product has not been properly stored. Cosmetics
that have been improperly stored - for example, exposed to high
temperatures or sunlight, or opened and examined by consumers prior to
final sale - may deteriorate substantially before the expiration date.
On the other hand, products stored under ideal conditions may be
acceptable long after the expiration date has been reached. Please also note sharing makeup increases the risk of contamination. www.fda.gov

Tired of cosmetic glitter that falls off or clumps? The best way to avoid this is by using tried and true tested products that work! Proper application of these products is also essential to getting the desired look you are trying to achieve.
 
Let’s begin by using liquid Show Seal (eye shadow base). First, you would apply Show Seal to the desired area with the sponge tip applicator; a thin layer is all that is needed. Less is more in this situation. After, dip the applicator into the desired Show Sparkle of your choice. Pat the glitter where you applied the Show Seal until every part of that area is covered. If you merely just wipe on the glitter it will not have the desired look that patting achieves. Brush away any excess that may have fallen when applying product.  In addition, to keep your products fresh, always wipe off sponge tip applicator before re-dipping into the Show Seal bottle.

Show Sparkle: First apply Show Seal to the desired location with the sponge tip applicator, and then dip the applicator into the pot of glitter and PAT on your glitter until the entire area is covered. With a cosmetic brush, brush away any excess glitter.
 
Show Seal:  This product can be used with Show Sparkles, Show Shimmers, and Glitter Stars. Apply Show Seal to the desired location then pat on the desired product. For best results, wipe applicator off between dips to keep product fresh.
 
Glitter Lips:  First, apply the lipstick/gloss of your choice and pat on the Show Sparkle over top.
Shimmer Paint:  Apply to lid or brow area and allow a few seconds to dry. Shimmer paint can be used with Show Sparkle and Show Shimmer products, being patted over the top of paint while paint is still wet.
 
Removal of makeup is easy. Soap and warm water or even a baby wipe will do.
