Sparkles Galore! This Sheer Dark blue shimmer has flecks of silver, pink, purple, and green. It is hard to capture the dazzling sparkle in the picture. Perfect worn alone or mix with a sparling smokey eye. Highly metallic when applied with a damp brush. All Shimmers can be applied 3 ways: dry for a sheer dazzle, with a damp brush for even more vibrancy, or used as eyeliner if applied with a small liner brush.
