Emerald City - Show Shimmer
A dark, earthy green eye shadow with a light gold shimmer. Very metallic. It pairs wonderfully with other earth tone colors and makes brown and hazel eyes look amazing. It works nicely as an alternative liner color to black or brown. All Shimmers can be applied 3 ways: dry for a sheer dazzle, with a damp brush for even more vibrancy, or used as eyeliner if applied with a small liner brush.
