Silver Gray is a perfect metallic platinum color to dazzle your eyes. Blends well for a smokey look or to highlight your brow line. All Shimmers can be applied 3 ways: dry for a sheer dazzle, with a damp brush for even more vibrancy, or used as eyeliner if applied with a small liner brush.
