White Sparkle - Show Shimmer
White Sparkle will become a staple in your makeup bag. A fine shimmer, perfect as a brow highlighter, to wear alone or mix in with any of your makeup. Add a small amount to eyeshadows, blush, bronzer, foundation etc to give them boost of shimmer. All Shimmers can be applied 3 ways: dry for a sheer dazzle, with a damp brush for even more vibrancy, or used as eyeliner if applied with a small liner brush.
