Pixie dust is a soft icy pink, with high sparkle, has silver and gold under tones great to highlight your brow bone. All Shimmers can be applied 3 ways: dry for a sheer dazzle, with a damp brush for even more vibrancy, or used as eyeliner if applied with a small liner brush.
